Okay the fact is a lot of your top team players in the 2020 and 2019 age group have transferred over to YJ which will most likely weaken those teams. When you have large numbers of kids leaving your top teams it seems as if maybe your club is on the decline.
Three kids is hardly large numbers.
Typical TG math , 3 is not a large number but the number is at least 7 I know of, certainly more than that went to the tryouts and I know 7 of them have left for YJ. A few more to follow their coach and you are talking around ten kids left the top teams from 2019 and 2020. Say what you want but it says something.
