As a point of information, this drunken coach issue has been discussed over and over here on BOTC from multiple posters and sources. The level of inebriation is a question left for the legal eagles of the world as the event took place some time ago. At the end of the day, the level of drunkenness is a matter of opinion without specific testing done at the time.

Coaches are always under scrutiny at tournaments and similar events - a reminder to everyone is whether a paid or volunteer coach, that individual is "on the job" and should act accordingly.
