If they are really that good don't you think they will end up at YJ in another year or so? Seems to be the pattern as girls get older.
Only the real good girls. The rest will stay until their development has slowed that they are so far behind the girls they were once light years ahead of. Just a fact with their coaching model.
Listen, every club has an appeal on some level. Not all TG players (or any club) would be better off switching to YJ, especially girls from the top teams. Very talented girls get lost in a sea of talent on the top YJ teams. Would you rather be a big fish in a small pond or...... You know the rest. This is true even for 2nd team YJ players looking to move to top. The dynamics will be drastically different, which situation will your daughter rather be in and get the most out of?
