Your team is very good and as long as you keep the privates every week or live in right town your kid will be fine

Don't deflect by throwing the 2020 YJ Blue team into this, when they do tourneys it's as a TEAM whether it's under the YJ flag or not it's always an "all" team invite. That doesn't mean a YJ player cant go and play with friends form other towns or clubs that's a parents choice. If splitting your team works in TG land more power to you; clearly it's an issue with some of your parents though.

Absolutely untrue. On numerous occasions last year, 1 Dad invited certain girls , added a few others, and entered the YJ 2020 Blue Team in a few tournaments under a different name. Actions like those divide a team.

Never happened , name the tournament, you will not because you made up a bunch of nonsense.

Farmingdale Lax fest last summer. One of the daddy coaches from YJ 2020 blue took a team of girls to this tournament invite only

Wrong again, but keep trying! Please try and comprehend what the poster stated, he or she never said they don't go into tournaments under a different name, what was said was the entire team is asked. If it is a 7v7 the team is split in two and the split is at the head coaches discretion. As for Lax Fest or any other tournament if there is not enough interest by the majority of the team parents are and always have been free to do what they want with there children. Again read carefully nobody has a problem with the way TG parents conduct their "Lax Business" just that thsi particular YJ 2020 Blue team does it differently.

I believe this tournament was on a Sunday after the girls played Friday, Saturday in Delaware or Maryland, so most likely not going to get a lot of interest other than some of the crazier parents.
