One girl leaving a team does not make a difference, especially when the girl is a "ball hogette." Opens up a chance for other girls to get involved who might not have been aggressive or intimidated by her. Analyzing 7th grade teams? Girls at middle school change so much physically from year to year. 1 out of every 100 athletes gets a sports scholarship. Hire a tutor and that will improve your chance of making a team with talent and academic money.
If you played for TG you would know that most teams are built around one or 2 girls holding the ball and and not passing it. The goal isn't to open anything up. So if one of those girls leave it does have a dramatic impact on the team.
