Because it is about money. Andrew and shannon have both been hired for extra practices in the past. Ask them what day is good, how much, then ask parents who is in on that day, divide by number of people and book it. Warning, some people will not be able to make it, some will feel slighted and basically hate you for it, others will appreciate it and thank you.
And CR is any different? People get paid for their time, it's called life. Why do you have a problem with that?
