The problem is, whatever talent there is on TG at those ages will be on YJ by the time they get to 8th grade and usually sooner than that


Exactly. The problem with TG is they can't hold on to their talent for whatever the reason. The good players leave the second they get to recruiting age. It has been happening for 4 years now.
