Many younger players sit on attack and power their way to the net. That isn't a must have for top level coaches as they can coach that. If little sally isn't fast as [lacrosse]. The man who coached my daughter in youth lacrosse would say, "Watch the movement, not the moves." He would also point out the level of competition and say "that will not work against better competition."
