Goes back to what to what has been said many times on this site, school coaches should not be allowed to coach travel, camps or clinics or anything that is a conflict of interest. This should be a rule by section XI.

Sounds fair, but will never happen - That means Carol Rose, Steve Levy, Danielle Gallagher, etc. would all be asked to resign as HS coach, or give up their club coaching??!!
