My son was at the Warrior Diamond 2017 showcase this past Saturday. There were 10 kids on his team that were 16 years old, all from Maryland and a certain organization. My son played hard and didnt flinch, but there was a noticeable difference in size, speed and athleticism. There were hardly any college coaches watching the boys and if they were watching, they were watching the older boys. Its a shame what this sport has become. Its a sport for rich kids and prep school kids now.
