GTown did to an LSM/D, Duke will make one soon (to a reclassified 2017), ND, in the summer, Loyola, no idea .. but it will be a Baltimore kid first

What does it mean to reclassify. Doesn't it just mean to repeat a grade in elementary school? To hold a kid back for lacrosse or do people hold their kid back for other sports too? Do high schools like this?
