You really need to get a clue on how the brackets work, you will NEVER see the 4-6 best teams at any tournament in the same bracket, they are mixed throughout the various brackets in the hopes that the best teams will eventually meet in the playoffs, otherwise those 15-1 games that you moan about will be in the playoffs instead of in bracket play. if you still don't understand the concept perhaps you should speak with your coach or one of the directors of your club annd maybe they can educate you a little - stop embarrassing yourself with this non-sense
