26 on the roster does not make this parent happy. It was difficult last year with a smaller team getting playing time. Big question is who will be forced to play defense, hope it's not my kid.
I was in this spot 2 years ago, with alot of girls all playing middie, my daughter played alot of defense, luckily she was able to continue to improve and has worked her way up to a top middie line. It can happen for you if you respect the process, its not easy and won't get easier as she gets older. the kids have to work hard and commit themselves, lots of wall ball and bringing a stick with them everywhere.
