I agree but in todays everyone gets a trophy world the UA model wouldn’t work today. There’s no more trust in these selective showcases to have a fair process. That’s UA or AS. Lacrosse is big business. Duke had a camp over a summer weekend where they pulled in over 200k. For 8 hours of lax. Heck I wish I could run one of these tournaments. There’s at least 50 YJ parents who would give me money because they think their kid is the next Charlotte North. But truth be told, it’s in every sport these days, not just lax.
