How do you know who “made it”? Is there a list? Isn't it just a sign up thing?
It's on their social media posts and stories. They make announcements daily. It looks like they are on the last wave of invites. Looking at the list above, there are four St Anthonys players. There is also a trend of where the kids who made it are coming from, so while it may not be as political as events like NYSR, Under Armor, American Select, etc it does seem like they're attracted to certain clubs. It makes sense though because YJ does have some top talent on their A team and a few who are somehow on their B team.
