The number 1 overall player in a given class is usually pretty clear. The rest of the top 10 is a crapshoot. 11-50 ish are the best of the rest. after that there is a significant drop off. and that's being generous. cutoff is usually closer to 30. It makes sense that the same girls will shine because they are simply better than the rest of the competition. The talent pool is not deep enough for top players to be facing off against players on their level on a consistent basis. I'd argue let the weaker girls in so they can gauge their skill against top talent. Thats the only way they'll become better players and improve, even though the top players won't benefit from it.
