The event was ok. A chance to play, but I do agree that it should not have been open to everyone. The fact that they started as what seemed to be invite only and then opened it must mean it didn’t draw enough attention from the top talent so they had to back track. Leaving it open to everyone allowed weaker girls in. Hard to gauge whose actually talented and play at a high level when girls are playing against weaker players. Keeping it at top A players would have been more meaningful with the ability to see whose able to play against the better competition.
