Tilts self-promotes because that's her side gig. You don't make money without advertising/promoting and in regards to parents signing up, it's not FOMO...it's called Word of Mouth.
What does the school she played for or her college stats have to do with anything??? IMO, that has no bearing on what kind of coach you'll be. You could have been a stud player and stink as a coach. You could have never played the sport, but be an awesome coach. There's no correlation.
Tilts gives 110% to her girls and unless you've had the opportunity to train with or play for her, you wouldn't understand.
The majority of people who train or run a club promote. Half of her social media is also for players to get more attention. Have you ever sent a kid to her training? The girls ask to be put on social media and when she does lives and college coaches join she says their names in the live to help promote them. Until you’ve met her and spoken to her you really have no idea what her goals are for those kids.
My daughter goes to her clinics for free because we can’t afford it as a family. She can promote and do whatever she wants on social media. She is a phenomenal young woman.
