So many good players. Not so many good teams. The way the system is set up it benefits good players on top teams. Most people figure it out too late! This is when all that sacrifice and hard work pays off. So tough to stay on the top teams throughout a playing career.
If you feel your daughter is a very good player and you will prob know this by 7th grade by comparison to other players. If she’s in top 20%, make sure to try and get her on one of the top A teams by 7th grade (if she’s not already). It will be much harder after that.
