You are wrong. Read the rules. In a tie head to head comes before goal differential. Since Schwalje beat Express North in 3rd game, Schwalje was 4th seed. When Chan forfeited. Schwalje became 3rd seed and Express North the 4th. Rebels played well, but by the rules did not place because there goal differential was worse.
