I am not the imbecile but what you said is completely wrong. I found at least two top programs that have birthdates (Syracuse being one of them). You look at the freshman and sophomore classes and their entry age on September 1 of their Freshman year and on average it was close to 19 (about 5/6 mo the older than what you would expect). About 1/3 were holdbacks and 2/3 were LI defined holdbacks. No redshirts were included in this. Odd that someone would call someone else an imbecile while being completely wrong themselves, guess that is the LI way.
