My sons birthday date is November 16 and the school cutoff is December 1st but held him back going into 1st grade which team would he be eligible? So is he a hold back if he plays with the kids after Dec 1st ?
He’s obviously a holdback since you said you held him back, but he is definitely eligible to play in the WSYL in 2019.
