Why don't the cheaters create a league of their own. The cheater league. They can play all their games in the New England area and Maryland. Then - the rest of the cheater teams can come up and play against each other. Oops. Cheaters don't like to play other cheaters. I forgot.
They have one. It's called the MD HOCO (Howard County) league. All the teams that play in it are 75%+ holdbacks.
