No. Rebels is not the Outlaws. Rebels is formed by Michael Brennan who also owns the Blatant corp.. Brennan and some of the Outlaw coaches did come over to Rebels. But they have put together a top notch coaching staff. And are committed to one team per age group and open communication. So far the whole tryout process has been extremely positive.
