IAAM parents coming on here to run their mouth now that Man Val finally lost after a 36 game winning streak. Shot clock only helps Man Valley. They ride well, play solid defense and can score quickly. Credit to Glenelg for using the rules to their advantage as their coach even said so in the post game interview. This years team started 4 freshman, 2 sophs and 5 juniors. Next year they will come back strong and may not be the year you wish for them to schedule some games against IAAM teams.

Sounds like MV got outcoaxhed. Take away their 1 best player and you always have a chance. Refs valued them out last year handing out cards to opponent. This year the other team had a plan and MV couldn’t adjust with 1 player.

Not sure we watched the same game. I saw Man Val outshoot glenelg 2-1. Most of those shots not coming from their “one player”. This team went 17-1 this year with 6 underclassman starting. 4 freshman. Not to mention, I saw Man Val push the pace and try to score while watching Glenelg hold the ball for 2-3 mins per possession and 6-7 mins at two points during the game. It was hard to watch as a fan of the sport. If there was ever an argument for a shot clock; this may have been the straw that broke the camels back.
