There is more to IAAM Coaching than winning. Getting kids on the field who are legacy and parents who contribute to the school make a lot of headway for playing time.
Don’t buy it. My kid has been starting since freshmen year. She is not a legacy and we don’t contribute much $ to the school. She starts because she was/is better than the other players at her position. There is some political bs that goes on but it is not widespread as you make it out to be.
