Parenting Moment? Really Dr. Phil? The problem with your post is that your "opinion" is simply that, "your opinion". If I'm reading correctly, your son did not even make the "showcase" game? So maybe a little introspective reasoning might be a good start that maybe he didn't do as well as "YOU" think he did, or he would have at least had the opportunity to show his talents in the final deciding event. As far as "players passing by those who were thought to be the best"?, let's all just sit back and wait to see if the players who "continue" to dominate prove their "universal" talent when recruiting begins.
