my son just checked into Jake Reed and go a room on the third floor, does anybody know what that means? I assume it is better then the second floor but I can not see how he is not on the top floor. any insight or advice would be appreciated

I would ask for the concierge. That's unacceptable. I would go top floor or go home!!
