The top clubs understand this and the middle ones don't.
How often in recent years has M&D or Heros added a new girl who didn't play or make an impact? Having girls on the bench who are happy not playing alot is a big asset for the team and really helps chemistry.
Not to say teams shouldn't look to add; they absolutely need to. But the best ones only add pieces which will help.
