I don't believe BLC is weaker. They lost two players to Stars. They gained two players from Hero's White. I'd say at worst they're talent remains at the same level. Two players lost are nice players but not game changers. I'm not sure how the girls from Hero's are.
One of the new girls from Heros has a high ceiling and could be a very good pickup. Know the family and she's a great kid who works hard. Nice pickup for sure.
