I believe the north/south divisions are generally where the team is based with south being the AA County, Howard county, Annapolis and Virginia/bear DC teams and north being the Balto County and northern balto county/bel air area teams

Terrible way to create the divisions. Obviously it leads to very lopsided schedule. Also interesting that CCLax, Integrity and MDU all in same place in AA County, yet the new team gets put in the North? Hero's Green Hero's White, the B team gets put in the North. Hmmmm.
You are likely going to have a case where the 4th team in South is better than the 2nd team in North.
