They need to move Skywalkers or TLC into South and put a Pride , LBC or MDU into North to even things out some.[/quote]
I believe the north/south divisions are generally where the team is based with south being the AA County, Howard county, Annapolis and Virginia/bear DC teams and north being the Balto County and northern balto county/bel air area teams
I know there may be exceptions but I think that’s how they create the divisions
