Why would they force out M&D coaches? They likely play in different tournaments, but they still will play in top bracket against the top team, my main concern is the recruiting coordinators now are involved but honestly that can change at any club at any time.
College coaches know what they get from M&D and 2027 is no different. Those kids should ride that out through High School.
