Can we assume the better teams have their rosters set before tryouts ? Friend of mine was approached by a decent team and I was shocked.
Why were you shocked? If you think your are going to switch your son to another team at this age (at least a team in a top organization) he better have been asked to tryout or have been asked to a pre tryout camp otherwise slim to no chance..They would rather stick with what they have then an unknown... FACT
