I feel bad for you that your on that team and have him as a coach (BM) for your son. A coach he is not, maniac yes to witness him attack two fathers for absolutely no reasoning in Maryland and had to be physically held back from a fist fight pretty much because he wanted more for his son, last time I checked lacrosse it is a team effort. I couldn't believe my eyes when it happened and even more embarrassed for the express organization. So believe the lies they have told you just to get kids on the team (some for free) I hear he will ruin everything just to try to beat the bandits and now his old team.
