Why are they allowed to cheat? That's been a long running issue with Express in general. They aren't proving anything to anyone. I guess if it makes them feel better its good for them, but unfortunately if they are permitted to do this they will continue to do so unless there's a way to prevent it. Maybe they won, but they are still LOSERS
