I think people are over thinking or putting to much into this. Who cares it is a sport that is still trying to find its way, and with the amount of changes coming by way of the USL most girls would ended up quitting. If it becomes overwhelming just relax everyone B team A team they all have the same rules. Fire up the Grill...lets eat
