I guess because they look at yellow jackets as the only A team on Long Island. The rest are B+, B, and C teams. Maybe they have friends on the team. Maybe they feel they will move up if their daughter improves, which does happen more than you think. A lot can happen between 7th and 10th grade physically. That's why the whole jump from team to team is not worth it unless your daughter was slighted or had a bad experience. [/quote]

At this age YJ has the best players ,not even comparable so they can now load the back half with, siblings who don't belong,friends and family who don't belong, and worst yet the private lesson group who line the coaches pocket at the 19-20 age so are put on the top team when everyone knows they do not belong,its the main reason Legacy got to be descent so fast the kids that were on the 2nd yj team saw the bs of the pay to play kids and left good for them. Legacy only mistake was not making a 19 team as both TG and YJ are an absolute mess at those ages.
