Daughter is not from Cuse area - she has family there, but has never lived there. Dad is not bff with GG. He only just met him recently. Her success is based on hard work.
I'm sure all of that is true. Still think it is crazy to make that decision so young. If she is that good, which I don't doubt, she would have as much time as she wanted to make a decision. Schools would wait for her. So she could be at least two/three years older, and make a slightly more informed and mature decision. 12/13 year olds do not have a fully formed frontal cortex. Adolecents, through no fault of their own, are impulsive and "live for the moment". Let them grow up a little before making these big decisions that will effect the rest of their lives.
