2% of all HS varsity athletes get money to play in college. Slightly more in lacrosse because its not played everywhere.
So say a couple of players on each varsity team get some cash to play in college and a couple more go on to play D3 with no athletic money. Why are the handful of parents who have children that do get a few sheckels the loudest most obnoxious people on these boards and on the sidelines? Those who get money are the overwhelming minority. Shut up! Your are ruining the sport for everyone else.
