Every year we hear this crap about this team and that team getting all these disgruntled players, and it's going to be amazing. Facts are: the good teams will remain good, the mediocre teams remain that. Grass doesn't just start growing greener due to wishful thinking. No good player will leave an established travel team for snake oil promises. Unless they are a fool. The players that will leave are those who did not live up to expectations, so they are looking for some magic, probably won't turn out well.
