The only Penn State players on the roster not reclassed are from LI, 20 yr old Freshman? 24 years old and still in college? Seems like this is the D1 norm
To put things in perspective: My wife was young for her grade. Graduated a tough nursing program, and was responsible for the lives of 5 premature babies, for a twelve hour shift, at one the nations best Hospitals, at the age of 21!!!! These kids are still running around after a little white ball at age 24-25 and still in college? No wonder this country is a mess!
