Checked the Brown 2016 commits against the roster and all are there, so they all tracked through admissions. Maybe Ty reconciled the list?Would be more interesting knowing what year of high school each made their verbals to gauge how much academic data was available to work with.
How much leeway in the admissions? I mean under normal circumstances a good student has about a 90+ average and about a 27 ACT, etc, not enough for ivys.....Is there a sliding scale or a little bit of give for those at that threshold, normally you'd be looking at much higher GPAs and test scores, but to be competitive don't you have to have some flexibility???

Not sure of the specifics but the Ivies have to meet an Academic Index for each recruiting class. Some sort of avg of test scores and grades for each class. In other words an Ivy can't fill up a class with kids that barely meet their standards. So I would assume that they reserve the admissions assistance to the very best players. If you're not a top recruit than you better have scores and grades that will get you in w/o much help
