Ty Zander's list is not up to date. played at Hobart on Dec 17th against Orange Crush Orange 2018 (Syracuse based) and they had 5 listed players committed to UPenn 1 Hobart 1 and Syracuse 3 and not one of those players are listed in recruiting rundown. He only lists kids who reach out to him. This suggests that 2018 is probably over and done with and 2019 is mostly finished to the schools now more focused on 2020 because of proposed rule changes that could come into effect next Autumn
