They should grandfather in the 2020 class and start the new rule for the 2021 class since they are not in High School yet. Travel teams will suffer because it will not be as necessary to start playing travel at such a early age. The kids will be kids again and travel teams will lose money.
They should implement immediately, cancel all verbal commitments and let kids play high school. The kids who earned a commitment before will earn again and those who were left out because of a crappy system will have a chance to grow, learn and be noticed.
