I am sure that the parents of committed 9th graders can be a little over the top on their assessment of how good their kid is, and if he can really compete with Jumiors and Seniors. I bet their parents can be a real pain in the butt to coaches!
Quite a few Long Island varsity teams bring up 9th graders that aren't committed. Is this prior comment related to private schools?
