I'm a lacrosse parent and I have yet to see a team that doesn't have multiple parents complaining; that's youth sports. What's much more annoying is people like you, who would not be adult enough to voice your concern publicly, but would hide behind the anonymity of this website to attack. You're the guy who is all smiles on the sideline, likely kissing the coaches butts, but tearing everyone apart behind the scenes. Give me a complainer over a spineless coward like you any day.
