When are proposed recruit rule changes being voted on? what are the changes that will impact 2020's ? Are proposed changes expected to be accepted?
Doesn't matter. NCAA will never implement. They want to police less
Agree, the NCAA doesn't want another rule/regulation that they will have to monitor. Plus, lacrosse is not a top sport for the NCAA, not enough revenue as football and basketball, that is their main focus. NCAA does as little as possible for/with lacrosse, other than drain any income they can from the sport.
