Seems hard for an all-star roster to compete against a team the works together all year.
despite the immense talent level, lacrosse is a team game, and the squads that work together all year, on all 3 facets of the game, should prevail.

Did not see any Hawks there. Mostly API kids

Dukes competition is the Hawks, Crabs , Fca , Bethesda, 89+2 and API , things must be really bad if players are trying out for another team than the one they just tried out with. All these teams are national quality teams that can roll with anyone.

Many kids played with Dukes Natl. last year and still went back to their regular clubs. It is kids and parents trying to supplement their practice and tourney schedule. Buyer beware, making the team and being invited to play at the actual events are two different things.
