Are they allowed to be older, because the school age is different in Canada?
I think they are older because the days are longer in Canada. The sun stays out longer the farther north you go.
Canadians are allowed to play down one complete year as Edge has done in past. They figure most will be doing a PG year so why not play at the earlier grade now.
